Terms and Conditions – GoTrading

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GoTrading learning application.
By creating a Student Account, you confirm that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to these Terms is mandatory for access to the platform and for creating a Student Account.


2. Description of Service

GoTrading operates a learning platform that provides structured educational content and access to classes.

  • Content and Features: Access to classes, shared notes, quizzes, and the ability to request one-to-one classes.

  • Admin Control: All platform management—including course materials, recordings, Zoom links, notifications, and student management—is under the full control of the Admin.


3. Student Account and Usage

When you create a Student Account, you gain access to:

  • Classes: Join scheduled classes, view the next Zoom class link, and see the full calendar of upcoming dates.

  • Course Materials: Access shared notes uploaded by the coach and past class recordings.

  • Quizzes: Take quizzes created and managed by the Admin.

  • Notifications: Receive reminders, updates on new materials, and administrative announcements.


4. Fees and Payment

Some services require payment:

  • One-to-One Classes: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee.


5. Account Management and Termination

GoTrading reserves the right to maintain strict administrative control:

  • Admins may create, edit, or remove student accounts.

  • Admins may track attendance and monitor engagement.

  • Admins manage all course content, including notes, recordings, and quizzes.

  • Notifications and reminders are created and distributed by Admins.
